In 2005, after making 4 trips to Puerto Aventuras with good friends, I decided to purchase a condo in the village. I asked around and there was no doubt that the highly regarded Caribbean Realty Puerto Aventuras office, with owner/broker Teresa Gutierrez, was the place for me. Within a couple of months, with their guidance, I had selected and purchased a beachfront property. After the realities of ownership sank in, I engaged the rental side of the office to manage and provide maintenance. The relationship existed completely seamless for 11 years.

We could always decide without hesitation to travel to PA, knowing that Caribbean Realty and staff would have the condo clean, opened up, internet/phone/tv/ and a.c. all working.

Time came last year that I need to sell the condo that had been enjoyed for so many years. There was no hesitation as I contracted with Teresa's firm to list, show, and sell my condo. When we first met Teresa she explained that her job is more service than sales.
